Premise

Brittany Darktrout was a cheerleader in life and now the Afterlife who must overcome her insecurities and gather the greatest cheer squad of all time to save the Underworld from total darkness!

Cast size is 6 to 12 people (gender is flexible).

Zombie Cheer Squad debuted in Canton, Illinois in 2024; it had its first table reading at the Broadway Lounge restaurant in Peoria, Illinois in 2022 and its first staged reading at Corn Stock Theatre in Peoria, Illinois in 2022. It has been featured in Dallas, Texas and Australia, and it was a Finalist for Musicalwriter.com's Pitch Night event in 2023.
